TBAY is led by our Executive Director and volunteer Board of Directors. The Board meets several times a year to review all aspects of our public charitable organization. Each Board Member is a member-parent that has demonstrated capability and willingness to offer their services to ensure that TBAY operates with honesty and integrity. With the goal of supporting the mission to our community, building and fostering a positive culture, and promoting the sport of swimming, TBAY’s Leadership ensures that the organization is doing the right things to provide opportunities and services for young athletes in the Tampa Bay area.
